Meditation became part of my life at age seven, and never left. This lifelong practice has been so profoundly helpful to me, that I've naturally wanted to assist others with meditation. Instructing meditations professionally has been ongoing since my career began. After earning a BA in Psychology at Seton Hall University, I went on to answer my calling to the healing arts. The energy modalities of Healing Touch and Therapeutic Touch were my first areas of study post-grad, and a Certification in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy soon followed. I have been a research associate in the field of human BioAcoustics and incorporate my HeartMath studies into my practice.

Currently, I am instructing group meditations in Morristown(prenatal, postnatal, and open to all), Andover(open), and Pompton Plains(grief support). I also conduct private classes and workshops upon request, and one-on-one sessions which are customized to address individual needs. Private sessions are offered in Morristown or in-home. "Waves of Relaxation", the title of my recorded guided meditation can be found on CD in various locations and is available on digital download.

I am working on taking meditation to the workplace and to those who cannot make it to classes by making my services available on-site and online. I also look forward to more and more learning in various areas of integrative medicine.

The Inner Voice was established in 2006. The services offered are designed to help people connect and communicate with their inner voice; deepen and trust that divine connection and operate from that place in their daily lives. Through guided, therapeutic, and meditative processes, become present with whatever arises(physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) in a sacred, safe, and supported way.
