All of my life I've always been an extremely positive and open-minded person. But after dealing with Lymes disease and heavy antibiotics for years around 16 years old, I began to fall into a mental trap of never finding healing. It wasn't until I started to do my own research on health, healing herbs and overall nutrition through plants and vegetables that I realized healing is more than just antibiotics and constant doctor's visits. I wanted to make it my mission to be able to help people heal naturally to never have to feel the way I did when I was young. After graduating from Rutgers University, I began working in New York City but soon felt the pull towards my life path of helping and healing others through natural remedies. Throughout my journey to my own healing, I found yoga and Ayurveda which opened my eyes to ancient healing sciences.

Recently, I just completed my 200 hour teacher training in yoga and Ayurveda. My current goal is to begin teaching Yoga as a lifestyle to anyone and everyone regardless of flexibility. There is much more to Yoga than just the physical practice that many would benefit from.

To teach holistic yoga & Ayurveda to the masses from the ancient Vedic perspective including the 8 Limb Path, the koshas, chakras, gunas, doshas etc. Also, to teach others that food can be medicine when you know what your body needs.
